1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The product is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- The size received is incorrect
- The product is unused and in original condition
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Product tags and original packaging must be intact
- The item must not be washed, used, or altered
2. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:
- Size issues
- Wrong product received
- Damaged products
Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days after delivery.
Exchange is subject to product availability.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Used or washed products
- Products without tags or original packaging
- Items damaged by customer misuse
- Final sale or discounted items (if mentioned)
4. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be sent to the original payment method or bank account
- Shipping charges may be non-refundable in certain cases
5. Return Shipping
- If the mistake is from our side (wrong/damaged item), return shipping may be covered by us
- For size exchanges or customer preference returns, customers may need to pay shipping charges
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
